Introducing: BROADWAY BARRE

Broadway Barre Class

Broadway Barre is a 1 hour adult fitness class that offers a low-impact, full-body workout! Classes are taught by Lisa McCarthy and Melissa Smith; Buffalo Barre certified instructors. Prior dance experience is not required.

Broadway Barre Class ATTIRE:

  • No tutu required!

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes (leggings, capris, tank top or t-shirt)

  • "Sticky Socks" to help prevent sliding on the dance floor

  • Bring a yoga mat or a towel for floor exercises
